of various countries that have Loan or Grant Agreements with U.S.
Government Departments and Agencies such as the U.S. Department of
Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).As Agents for these countries, we purchase grain and other food
products and charter vessels to carry those commodities.
Representation of various countries and/or commercial entities within those
countries, in chartering vessels to carry bulk grain under various
commercially oriented USDA Programs.
One of several authorized Chartering Brokers worldwide representing the United
Nations/ FAO World Food Programme, Rome.
Representation of many Private Voluntary Relief Organizations who have commodity
programs with USDA and/or USAID which are used in feeding and
monetization programs in those areas of the world that are in need of
food assistance.As agents
for these Organizations, we negotiate and arrange ocean and inland
contracts for the transportation of these commodities via liner and
charter vessels and inland truck and rail providers.
